Weight gain
I am a man aged 28 and has a height of 5 8"..I do workout on a daily basis..I do not control my diet strictly as such, but I do avoid junk and eat normal home made food..My weight however tends to hover around 76 to 77 and does not go down any further..I want to know if this weight is ideal for me and if not how much should it be and how do I work towards getting it under control.

Its important to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(dairy products, eggs, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats(almonds.walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Besides these factors, we need to take into account that there are no hormonal imbalances that can impede your rate of fat loss.kindly contact us for diet & workout plan.
