Weight gain
I have always been overweight in school but I lost weight in college and was in a good space till last year. The lowest I weighed in the past 8 years is 64 kgs. And that was the ideal weight for my height. Since an year I've been putting on weight and I weigh 86kgs now. I have BP and diabetes for the past 6 years and PCOD since menarche. My thyroid levels are normal but I do have cholesterol and a tight abdomen inspite of healthy bowel habits. My hair is falling a lot and I have acne breakouts too. What can I do to go back to where i was?

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class proteins (dairy products, eggs, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds. Walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Hormonal imbalances that can impede your rate of fat loss. Stay consistent & patient in order to achieve your weight loss goals. Kindly contact us for your issues & to get customized diet & workout plan.
