I have tried from weight gainers to pay alot for diet plans and even gym plans i have wasted alot of money on these and none seem to work i can't seem to gain weight i am 5ft11 and i am underweight of wht i should be. Are there any medicines that can help me gain weight

Pls dont go for medicines i repeat never opt for this shortcut. Or never start taking junk food just to increase your weight.
Weight can be gained only from good diets. Neither i would recommend heavy workouts at gym for weigh gain. Just 20-30 min of exercise and that too to lead healthy life.
