Weight gain
I want to gain weight, I'm getting weak day by day, 40 kg at 24 years old. I look so dull. I don't know how to increase weight because in summer I get stomach ache if I drink milk or take any nutritious food, my digestion isn't that strong. I don't even get the urge to eat anything, I eat because I have not because I want to. I look like I'm sick, I don't even understand how to and what to eat. I don't even have a good body, flat breast. Slim.hands,my body looks like malnutrition. I don't even have confidence. I only eat 1 time a day that's 2 chapati with any sabji and 2 times tea and nothing else. I don't understand how to look good and healthy, I'm vegan and don't want to eat non veg and even this is hard what to eat in vegan food because my body can't even digest heavy nutritious food. Beside this, I don't even have the urge to eat anything. I don't know if this is possible for me to gain weight 😭 please help 🙏 suggest something, what should I do 😭

Hi I believe and understand your concerning body image issues but trust me if you wish to change the way you look you have to definitely change the way you are eating and carrying out your lifestyle. Firstly you must and should start with muscle training light exercises but remember no form of cardio exercise should be done Secondly must include minimum 2-3 meals a day with just 1 meal & 2 tea which is a caffeine & a nutrient blocker how on earth are you expecting to look good & healthy Thirdly all your 3 meals must include Bio-available protein through natural food source to help you build up your muscle mass in arms , breast, abs & thighs
Next Steps
Please get started with light weight lifting exercises even with just 1.5kg of weight lifting should help Also include simple veg proteins like soaked nuts/ chia seeds, oats, dal/lentils, spirulina powder in lime water & sattu sharbat/chaas

To improve digestion while also increasing weight, it's important to focus on nutrient-dense foods that are easy on the stomach. 1. Choose easily digestible protein sources such as lean meats like chicken and turkey, fish, and tofu. 2. Incorporate cooked vegetables like carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, and green beans rather than raw ones. 3. Opt for easily digestible carbohydrates like white rice, oatmeal, and well-cooked pasta. 4. Include small amounts of healthy fats from sources like olive oil, avocados, and nuts. 5. Experiment with smaller, more frequent meals to avoid overwhelming the digestive system. 6. Consider incorporating probiotic-rich foods like yogurt, kefir, and fermented vegetables to support gut health. 7. Drink fluids between meals rather than with meals to avoid diluting stomach acids that aid digestion. 8. Practice mindful eating, chewing food thoroughly, and eating in a relaxed environment to aid digestion. 9. Avoid foods that are known to trigger digestive discomfort, such as spicy foods, caffeine, and carbonated beverages. 10. Keep track of which foods seem to worsen digestion and consider eliminating or reducing them from the diet.
Next Steps
If digestion issues persist or worsen, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional.
