Hello practo users , Thanks for the query For weight gain you will have to increase the food frequency and gradually you may increase the food quantity will help you to achieve your goal. You may add add more cereals like oats, pasta, rice, millet, bread etc with high protein like Soya, tofu, Paneer, egg, legumes etc.
