Weight gain issue,Acanthosis Nigricans

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I've been suffering with this problem from so many years.Drs suggested me for weight loss and after medical tests they found Insulin Resistance also.With due effect there is darkening in skin folds at my body parts and after so much of exercises and diet plan I'm not able to loose my weight further.I'm 5'9" and initially my weight was 97 and after vigorous exercise and dieting I'm still at 87 in 1year.Please suggest the needful.
