Please suggest me something to gain 5 kgs Preferably vegetarian diet. Lost 5kgs Need to gain them back.

Hi Sweet potato kheer, banana milk shake, almond milk shake, handful of nuts, seeds, root and tuber vegetables, kheer, dates, raisins, good sleep, exposure to sun, plenty of drinking water, moderate carbs, plant protein, fat, omega 3 and 6 foods, moderate fiber, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, Leafy vegetables, badam halva, cashew halva ice cream sometimes, curds, all milk and milk products, millets, baked potato, mango smoothie, fruit juices with sugar or honey added, roasted potatoes, sandwiches, include desi cow ghee in every day diet, use cold pressed oils for home cooking, yoghurt, oatmeal, beans, nut butters, rice with chikc peas curry,  combine milk banana and almond, choco milk shake, peanut butter etc are some foods thag can be consumed for weight gain.. Taking small ,calorie dense meals at regular intervals will help in weight gain.Take good amount of protein & healthy fats . Do light exercises everyday and take 6-8 hours of sleep daily.

Eat plenty of vegetables,sprouts fruits in all ur meals. Milk and milk products are good to increase weight. Dryfruits everyday is good. Ghee 5-6 tsf everyday is the best. Walk,yoga for fitness. Sweet potato,pumpkin,brinjal,drumstick,greens,carrots,beans are all healthy .
