I am 23 and working professional,i am underweight.I want to gain weight and wanted to stay fit and healthy,till i have not followed any diet plan but i want to follow it.

Paying attention to every meal , being consistent with efforts each day , matters a lot . Combine strength training along with diet to increase muscle mass . High protein , high calorie diet with essential fats is the way to go . Sleep by 10pm .
