Hello, Weight loss is a process and it has to be done the "right" way to ensure it is sustainable and long lasting. To achieve a considerable weight loss a customized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, medical conditions if any, eating habits likes and dislikes, height, weight, sleep pattern & physical activity etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas & correcting them accordingly. As a start you can follow the guidelines below- 1. Have balanced meals & never skip meals 2. Ensure intake of 2 fruits throughout the day preferably mid-meals 3. Include protein rich foods such as dals, pulses, sprouts, milk & milk products, eggs, non-veg, etc. 4. Exercise daily for 45 minutes. Can be as simple as brisk walking. Aerobic exercise is helpful. 5. Stay well hydrated 6. Avoid sweets, fried foods, junk food, processed & packaged food, etc.
