I m very thin..my weight is 47kg..height is 5.5'..i have no health peoblem.no thyroid,no diebetic,..i dont take any medicine..plz give some food diet or some medicine..

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n high sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Don't use short cut way for gaining weight like medicine. Start exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie food in ur diet. In dinner take protein diet. Avoid package food, sweets, candy, out side food. Take good fats and nuts in ur diet.

Initially start with small portion size and then eventually increase your portion size to have the required calories of a day. Along with this go for weight training.
