Health Tips
1. Split up your meals into 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day. Watch your portions. Eat only until your stomach is 75% full. However, please do not starve. 2. Include good amount of fiber by consuming at least 5 servings of vegetables and fruits combined per day. 3. Stay away from high fat and sugary foods. 4. Use roasted chana, plain khakras, kurmura bhel, moon sprouts, makhanas, Greek yoghurt as snack options. 5. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
