Weight is very low.
My height is 6ft. But my weight is 55kgs. As per bms it is very much underweight. Will you please help me to gain weight??? I eat like normal people. 6-7 roties daily on dinner. Rice of 150gms on lunch. Please help me

Hello , your lunch & dinner are ok. Have combinations like rice & rajma, rice & kadhi, raice & chole, rice & dal with vegetable like paneer, soyabeans, green vegetables & others. Try to eat after every 2-3 hours. You can increase your in between meals options like peanuts, cheese sandwiches , kheer, milkshakes, aloo chaat, dahi wada, dhokla, halwa etc. Add some sweet-dish after your lunch & dinner, Since you are just 21 yrs old ( as mentioned by you), your metabolic rate is high and so you easily digest everything you eat and it does not store as fat in your body. Nothing much to worry about. Have 8 - 9 hours of sleep daily. Be happy & after some time, you will gain weight.
