Am 25 yr old female,my height is 148cm but am just 39kg, i wanted to gain weight ,i was going gym for weight training but i quit after 1 month, i have no health issues. is weight training / protein shake necessary to gain weight? how can i put on weight,i dont know how to increase calories intake
