Weight issue.
Dear Doc, I am a student 22 years of age.height 152cms and weight 63kgs.Could u please suggest the best daily plan I could follow to reduce my weight effectively doc. I have tried many things including jogging dieting but nothing seems to work out. Could u please guide me the right way to loose weight. Thank you

U need 12-14 kgs to lose. Prefer natural way of losing which don't bounce back .I CNA help with 4-5 kgs in month.
