Hi, Don't go for medications. Instead, avoid oily, junk and processed food and sweets completely. Instead have fresh home cooked meals with at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Eat less rice and potatoes. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time Regards

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

What's your height and weight? Don't take any medicines for weight loss. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises.

Only medications will not help you lose weight.You need to follow a proper and nutritious diet and do at least 45-60 mins of exercise daily to lose weight
