Hi,
Don't go for medications. Instead, avoid oily, junk and processed food and sweets completely. Instead have fresh home cooked meals with at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Eat less rice and potatoes.
Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
