Hello, I weight 76kg and 5.5inch. I want to lose weight and becum fit. I take up evening walk for 2.5 -3 km everyday. I rarely eat out. Kindly suggest how to improve myself. Thank you in advance.

Take more of nutritious n high fibre diet .Continue with your walk but you need some fast kind of workout to burn more of calories. Take more protein rich diet.Also include more fresh juices n buttermilk as liquid part of diet. Consult online for a more detailed meal plan.
