Hello, I am trying to lose weight and get fit. I have started gyming for the past 1 month which is consisting of 20 mins cardio and the next 15-20 mins weights nd floor exercise.Also trying to resist my temptations towards junk . I am not able to get any positive results so far , please help me with a good diet which will help me lose weight. Thanks in advance

Add fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take variety of salads instead of junk. Take high fiber diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take frequent and small meals.

Hi..congratulations for the start up..remember weight loss is a gradual n ongoing process..keep these add ons  in mind: Get started with luke  warm water empty stomach each morning Go for small frequent meals.. No empty stomach Breakfast shud be full n dinner shud be in minimum No package food n cold things Reduce liquid after sunset Drink water before meal n after an hour of each meal..preferably luke  warm Exercise regularly not only for weight loss but it shud be a habit for healthy living. Hello,  to loose weight you should keep in mind quality and quantity of food with respect to nutrition according to your height and weight. Thus may be you are eating healthy options but you need to define quantity for you.  So I would suggest to meet any professional in personal and get your customised diet chart. Also keep in mind weight loss is gradual process you can get great results overnight.
