Hi I'm gaining weight from last 5 months and I gained near about 10 to 15 kilos within this time period and I'm just 26 now. Could you please help me how to loose as my work schedule does not permit me for any kind of exercises. Thanks Muhul

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
