Hi, I'm a 21 yo college student. However, I do not get the time to look after myself or workout because of which I've gained 10kgs over a short span of just 12months and my body feels very heavy. I am 5'4 and weight 60-61kgs. I do not have any medical complications. Is there any way to particularly work on diet with just 30-45 mins of cardio to shed at least 8kgs in 4 months? I have tried a multiple diet but nothing has worked and I lose my patience.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals . Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. Sure, yes do some exercise for 30 to 40 minutes daily. Other than that, make sure that you avoid outside food as well as processed foods as much as you can. I. E. Avoid chips, carbonated drinks, french fries, pastries etc. Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Have plenty of fibre rich foods. For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Go for millets ,prepare semisold drinkable with vegetables,salt pepper and jeera methi powder early morning. Eat papaya 100-150 gm as breakfast with raw greengram 100 gm .can add lemon juice salt pepper pomegranate.for lunch eat 100 GM's rice with 25 gm Dal 50 gm vegetables.take 100 ml buttermilk. Night dinner two roti with vegetables 100 gm . Drink 3-4 ltrs of water. Work outs 1 hr daily yoga,exercise,walking. In between eating to be avoided. Avoid nonveg,oily foods,bakery itemsmaida products. Eat more of whole grams greengram/ horsegram. Include gingely seeds roasted/oil in foods. Jaggery with  roasted powderedgingely seeds is very effective. Also can roast greengram,horsegram powder and mix with jaggery eat it everyday about 25 gm.
