How much teaspoon flax seeds can I add to my diet. And can I eat during my lunch and dinner. And how much weight can I lose by eating flax seeds. Plz help me with it.

Hi Half to 1 teaspoon per day on empty stomach is good..and effective too.. Better to have on empty stomach or in the mid morning section..so that , it's better absorbed.. Thankyou

Half tea sp is  recommended. U can roast it out and make in powder form then u can incoprate in fruits and vegetables  as well.

1tsp/day is sufficient.along with add fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.
