Go for healthy lifestyle. Drink plenty of water daily. Cut out simple carbohydrates such as white rice, white bread etc. Avoid fried and junk foods.

Take high fiber low fat diet to reduce fast. Take all fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouts etc to get fiber and almonds, walnuts and flaxseeds to reduce bad cholesterol. Avoid fried,junk and fast food completely. Avoid preserved foods and fruit juices.
