Hello, I understand your feeling. The best way of reducing you weight is to follow diet in a dedicated way and along with that it needs physical workout to. More part played by diet and then comes physicals. Have museli, oats, cornflakes, for breakfast. For lunch you can have your routine meal, for dinner you will have to cut your carbohydrate You need to avoid having rice, roti, you should only have a juice or veggie salad. Walk for 30 mins a day. You will see effect in 3 months Thank you
