I daily do exercise run and walk for 3km and more, eat less but nothing really works my sides are really very fat including tummy and back portion, lower abdomen. I am 65 KG right now. I understand everyone say follow diet exercise but I am ding everything and not getting any results. My marriage is in December hence wants early results. Heard about ayurvedic medicines, Is there any which I can take and does not have side effects. Please recommend some good and effective one
