WEIGHT LOSS
I have been working out in gym since long. Have lost 13 kgs earlier. Then due left the gym for 7-8 months. Now, when I have re joined my weight has increased rather than decreasing. What could be the reason???

Check your diet , when you wrkout n suddenly stops . Body’s metabolism goes slow n weight gain is the result . Just start with a simple change . Drink water before you feel thirsty. The answer is your diet. Whatever we eat is what er are finally. If your goal is to lose weight, make sure you burn more calories than you eat, which means you need to calculate how much you need to eat in the first place. Work on that and you will see results in a couple of weeks.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you
