Weight loss
I lost 17 kgs the unhealthy way, I used to have a sandwich for my dinner and so on, my weight was 60 and I lost my period in December, I have gained 4 kgs back (although I'm not sure if these 4 kgs are of muscle or fat) but I weigh 64 kgs and my height is 169 centimetres, why haven't I gotten my period back(it's been 3 months precisely) and also my weight was the same from September through December, even though I ate less (not more than 1600 calories) and did HIIT routines, can anyone tell me if I should be eating more or less than 1600 calories. Thank you
