I need to loose weight as early as possible due to marriage. Please help me with that. Recently, I have joined gym.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi Loosing weight or gaining weight are slow processes  ..as both take time .. If you want to loose weight fast...gym is only the solution...but it does have numerous side effects in the long run.. So please think twice before joining gym... Incase if you want to loose weight in a healthy slow natural way..then you should adopt a calorie deficit diet regime along with a healthy disciplined lifestyle and stress limiting factors.. Eventhough it takes time..it's always recommend to go natural way of loosing overweight..which is long lasting and sustainable too.. Thank-you Thankyou
