Looking for someone to guide me to help me with weight loss in a healthy way. I weigh heavy and now I'm not attractive have lost confidence and everyone gives me different tips but I'm not sure whom to trust and win this battle against obesity .

Hello - 1st don't worry, once you will start to loose wt your pcos problem will derease. -start with excercise daily 30min atlest - avoid eating out - you need custamised diet plan - and for planing that ineed your diet recall/ food preference that u r vegetarian or nonvegitarian etc
