Weight Loss & Mild Constipation
From November 2 , 2017, I decided to lose some weight....and till date i have done well..my weight has been reduced from 102kg to 94kg till date...but now its not getting down..kindly let me know if you can help me to achieve 85 or 86 kg...also i am having mild constipation issues..let me know if you can help so i can visit over there...

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's and sweets and cold drinks chocolates. Drink water 16glasses daily. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises daily don't miss single day. Contact me through practo direct consultation
