GM diet plan mainly involves taking natural and raw food. If you follow it correctly you should get results. But you also have to give up all market and packed foods, reduce intake of sugar, oil & salt.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

See, these fancy diet are not good for anybody. They are originated for different purpose. These ( keto / paleo diet) have many side effects
