My height 5 ft and weight 85 kg. I was diagonisrd with pcod . iwas gaining weight continuously...i lost all my confidence. i m nt even able to go and ask at gym because of inferiority complex. i want some plan for diet and excercise at home only before i go out to gym. i should get that confidence that i will be able to loose weight

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.
