My weight is 64 kgs height 154 regularly I am going for a walk for 44 mins and playing badminton for 40 mins and I am married age 24 we are planning to have baby so some people suggested me to take banana regularly taking banana will gain my weight this s big doubt for me some people told me to stop taking banana because it will gain weight plzzz clearify my doubt I am taking red banana(sev valai)

Hello! As per your height , you must aim to lose a little weight before you plan to conceive, this will ensure a safe and healthy pregnancy. Bananas have lot of good vitamins, fibre - but also high amount of sugar which can lead to weight gain. There is no need to take daily.
