My weight is 90 kg. What should be my diet so that I can reduce 15 kg weight in 4 months. And I feel very lazy in the morning to get up.......and also feel very sleepy What should I do????

hey, with strict diet and exercise you can reduce weight ,avoid junk foods , fat ,oily ,carbohydrates containing  foods ,have chapatis, vegetables, exercise daily ,, set alarm force yourself to get up in time  for a week , then itll become automatic
