Weight loss
My weight is approx-88 and height is 5.7. Its much more than it should be...due to my schedule i'm not free to exercise neither in the morning nor in the evening..i am vegetarian and i don't always but when i eat i eat heavy(i think😊)...so is there any other way out to deal with it.
