Hi Reducing 3 kgs can be an easy task if you try to follow right diet We can help you with diet which will include only home foods and you don't have to depend on shake powders like herbal life or others. Also , for proper diet plan we would like to know you complete information such as eating habits , lifestyle etc. Till then I can help you with some weight loss ideas such as : Drink more and more water. Intake of salad just before a meal is a good practice Drinking water should be done 1/2 an hour before a meal and should be avoided with meals or soon after a meal. Meals should be small and frequent. 30 minutes walk or some exercises can also help. Regards, Godiets.
