Weight loss problem
I am overweight from the past few years , currently my weight is 115 kg , my daily diet includes intake of 1600 calories composed of carbohydrates, proteins, fat in equal amount, my water consumption limit is 4 litre daily , i do daily walk of 16 kms and also do yoga for 1 hour and strength training for 1 hour , i am doing this from the past 2 months my aim is to get weight reduction till 90 kg , however my weight seems to be stuck at 115 neither it increase nor decrease , i need a suggestions in order to reduce it with realistic manner so please someone guide me with proper solutions, thanks

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What was yiur weight when you started this? Its normal to find the weight being stuck at a particular number for sometime. It will decrease gradually.  Do continue the same and it will surely yield results.  Best regards.  Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
