Weight loss regime
My height is 5ft and weight 56kg, age 26. I have been jogging for 1km regularly since past 4months including other exercises like push ups, sit ups, jumping exercises , yet no weight loss. Kindly suggest if this is because of hormonal imbalances or diet issues. I include two chapattis for lunch and dinner, and two parathas with 2 egg whites and milk for breakfast. what changes do I need to make in diet?
