You need to work out daily for an hour to burn 500 Calories to reduce 5 kg in a month so choose accordingly. Secondly keep proper hydration. Thirdly take low fat,low carb,high protein, high fibre diet divided into 3 main and 3 small meals in small quantity. Avoid ready made foods,junk food and maida products.

Hii.. Hope you are doing good.. Losing weight and being healthy can only be achieved with combination of 3 aspects - healthy diet, regular exercise and good lifestyle.. 3 of them goes hand in hand.. Keep watch on your timings when your eating, gap between your sleep and dinner.. Next thing drink as much water as you can.. Avoid junk and fried foods and food containing sugar like carbonated beverages, jelly, cake etc.. Keep diet high in fiber like example eat salads before having meal.. And low in carbs and fat.. Do brisk walk for 30-40 mins daily..
