Weight loss
So I have been following a diet plan to lose 2 kgs weight in 2 days from youtube. But yesterday I read that sometimes our body can lose muscle instead of fat which is bad.. As my only form of exercise is walking in the morning for 30 minutes daily. I dont go to gym.. So if I lose weight following this diet, how will I know if its fat or muscle?

If you lose weight so fast it is definitely muscle weight...fats do not reduce so fast ever...also when you stop the diet you will gain it all back and more...that means you never achieved real fat loss...remember weight loss needs a good diet to see loss not less diet. Connect with me for a good plan for sustainable loss.

Hi Refrain yourself from following such diets ..as fad diets are often dangerous with lots of long term side-effects... As mentioned by you above that losing 2 kgs weight in 2 days is not true and often fake ...as losing 2 kgs weight naturally does take some good time and does not so happen in overnight or in one or two days..if it's happening that way could be possibly a muscle mass..which is not so healthy..and it also comes under weight cycling.. Weight cycling is also not good as losing weight fast and gaining weight fast shouldn't be so easy.. Looking for more information from websites is not a good / fair thing as information provided there is way more than enough which leads to confusion, anxiety , overthinking etc..that disturbs us too far.. So it's not a good option...though.. However It's always better to consult a good dietitian cum Nutritionist where under him/ her you'll be guided properly throughout with a personalized diet plan tailor made for only your needs and requirements specifically...

Hi, 2kgs in 2 days is not a very healthy weight loss because there is the highest possibility to lose from muscle and not from the fat. As per your height, weight, BMI, waist hip ratio , digestibility, regular food habits a proper calculated healthy balanced diet is recommended which will meet your body requirements and lose your body weight in a healthy way scientifically.

Not very  sure of the weight loss plan you were following, but a good  weight loss plan restricts few foods and includes a balanced diet plan involving variety  of foods  from the basic five food  groups
Next Steps
one can lose weight by following  any fad diet but this could be only temporary  and results many a times in muscle loss  vitamin  and mineral  deficiency
Health Tips
