What are the food to avoid in thyroid and how to get rid of obesity in thyroid kindly suggest . I have already been taking measure to avoid gluten food and due to thyroid problem I feel lethargic every time

Hi .thyroid is a condition that can be managed well with correct dose of medicine ,diet amd exercise plan.Obesity occurs not only because of thyroid but too because of eating habits,lifestyle too.Going gluten free is not the right solution.

Make sure you start with yoga to begin your day. Include diet high in proteins and Restrict refined carbs. Avoid crucifers Vegetable ( avoid raw) like cabbage cauliflower mashroom. Hydrate well and include whole grains rich in calcium. Expose yourself to sunlight. Check for b12 and d3.
