Weight not increasing
Before 1 year my weight was just 48kg last year I changed my diet was eating rice many time in 1 year my weight increased by 6 kg only but my body looks same my height is 5'9 " weight is 55 should I start taking supplements if yes please suggest me best one please help me

Still need 17 KGS to gain but it should be mualce mass not fat or carbohydrates. Take natural sources not supplements

Hi You try to visit a physician and get your hormone levels checked or any other problems persists or not, and also your metabolism might be very high, if no genetic trend of low weight stature in your family. If all remains in order, then you start having lots of milk n products, if non veg then regular eggs, lean meat n sea fish,dal or soya milk. Banana, coconut smoothies n milk shakes. Hope this helps.

Hello, Consume  lots of energy rich food like multi grain cereals, dals, potato, sweet potato, banana, butter, ghee,paneer,milk. Go for regular exercise, yoga.
