Hello, my name is Ada,19yrs and I weigh 80kg. question1: is that the appropriate weight for a girl my age? question 2: my weight goal is 60-65kg which I intend to achieve at least within a 6months span starting right now, so how do I begin? I've obviously being trying to cut down on my eating as well as exercising a little bit, but as usual I get discouraged and distracted. I really need help or at very least a training coach/buddy.
