Hi, My current weight is 85 kg and my height is 166 cm. I like to reduce around 15-20kg.I refer many online videos and google. Everybody is saying a different opinions, I am not sure which I should believe. I am a working professional and I don't find time to go to gym. So my question is, Is it possible to reduce weight by walking one hour a day or 10000 steps and following proper diet like less sugar, less carb, no junk? How much one can reduce weight in one month by following these walking and diet? Should I avoid rice completely?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello thanks for the detailed information surely it's a good idea to go for a walk daily .... So here what we can do 1 day we can do brisk walking the other day little jogging ,the third day we can run and jog .... And you can do some yoga in the that time so every day we shall do a different form of workout without going to gym. .. Yes by following a good healthy and a balanced diet plan with a 1, hour workout .... I am sure you can loose approx 4 + kgs weight in a month ... 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
