Weightloss by walking
I am currently walking almost 10-11000 steps per day. Also based on my calorie calculation I consume approx 1500 calories per day which includes Roti and some curry. Apart from this I drink naturally made fruit juices. I currently weigh 70kgs and my height is 5ft 4inches. Can I lose weight if I continue following this? Please suggest basic changes if any.

Hi, Along with this, drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have dinner early. Instead of juices , try having whole fruits. You can also try brisk walking or jogging. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan Regards
