What are some best bedtime snacks
I am 30 yr old and need to lose 25 Kgs. I am working out amd taking high fibre low carb veg diet throughout the day. I eat early dinners (before 7 pm) but at times i feel v hungry by 11/11.30 pm. What can i eat then that won't affect me adversely?

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

Hi you can have a glass of milk (double toned) or soaked(6-8) almonds,  a small bowl of papaya, or prunes too. During the day you must eat a well balanced diet  with good amounts of protein which will keep you satiated for some time .

U can eat Marie biscuits. Eat any fruit.papaya,grapes,apple,banana,mango.good for digestion and no ill effects.  Oats ,or poha in milk is also ok. Eat raw cucumber,carrot,as snacks. Eating any other snacks bakery products will have I'll effects on ur health.

Hi, Wkat types of exercise r u doing...gym,yoga or walking...also plays a role... Different exercises will b good for different bodies...need to chk what u r doing....is helping..? Otherwise need to change it... Diet plays very important role... Bed time ...u can have green tea , buttermilk with some dryfruits /diet khakras/ chana/ makhana/ Marie biscuits...

Hi! Please be consistent with your diet and exercise, to make sure you reach your target. Bed time snacks are usually not recommended- as they can mess up your metabolism and slow down weight loss process. However- zero calorie / zero carb drinks can be taken- Jeera water, Buttermilk, dal soup, clear vegetable soups, roasted makhana, 5 almonds Avoid fruits , biscuits, cookies.
