What are the upper back pain symptoms
I am 32 years lady. Yesterday my maid did not turn up and I did all the chores. So had lifted bucket full of clothes 2 to 3 times. Now since today morning I have this unusual tightness around my neck and shoulders and upper back. What are the exact symptoms of upper back pain?
