What are weight gain supplements for women
I am a daughter of a 48 year old lady. My mother was not well last year and lost a lot of weight. So she is 5 ft and weighs only 37kgs. What are the weight gain supplements for women that can be used for her? What dosage should be given? Which is the best supplement to use?

Ma'am, Don't take any unrecommended medicine for any purposes. It's my request to take a small challenge of 45days, to "MAINTAIN-WORKOUT-GAIN" for the next 45days, 1. MAINTAIN your Daily Customised Diet plan, which I can give you,  2. WORKOUT Customised Exercise plan for the specific muscles volume gain & BMR increase, appetite too more. 3. after 45 days have remarkable weight GAIN, if you maintain the process further, better you do, better you get, but 100% with guideline. You can consult me for the CUSTOMISED DIET & EXERCISE PLAN, which not only gain your weight, it improves your skin & hair quality, but lower down all your unrequitable habits if any. Thanks & regards, SOUVIK

Hello, Taking any kind of supplements are not advisable. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
