What exercise to lose face fat
Hello, I am 26 year old male. I am having this very chubby cheeks. When I grow my beard my face looks very bulky. Please suggest some very good exercises which I can do on my own to lose this face fat as soon as possible? Will exercises be helpful?

extra fat which is stored in ur cheek  so reduce Fat follow a healthy diet and doing exercise is Important. Burning calorie is essential to any weight loss regimen.. For facial exercise- 1 chew gum 2.say cheese. 3.pronounce 'x-o'  at least 15times take rest & repeat it. 4.do the cheek lift. 5.make fish lips. 6.make puffy cheeks. 7.massage ur cheek after exercise. It will definitely help you but follow with diet.
