What i eat after or before of gym..
I do regularly 2 to 3 hours gym but muscle doesn't improve..what i do say your suggestion my weight is 80kg and height is 5.9"

Start taking whey protein , include atleast 70 GMs of protein in ur daily routine by consuming non veg, soya milk, black gram flour in your diet
