Hello sir... Pain in the premolar and molar region is due to so many causes...cavitation of tooth, root infection due to gingival recession.. clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out the cause.... stains in the incisor teeth may be tea,coffee stains,smoking and pan stains...that needs to be cleaned by scaling....
