What should I be ideally eating?
I am a 19 year old girl. My height is 153 cm's and mass is 47.2 kgs. I am taking cross funtional training at a gym for a stronger and toned body. I am not looking for weight gain or weight loss. I am looking for advice on nutrition about what are the best foods for specifically my body and at what time to eat it at. So that I achieve protein intake
